Q: When will my order ship
A: our products are freshly handcrafted on a per order basis. Our turnaround time is 2 - 3 business days. You will receive your order within 5 - 7 business days from day of purchase - depending on method of shipment that you choose. This can change during peak seasons as order volumes increase. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will work with you to make it happen. We use USPS (US Postal Service) and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number after checkout.
Q: What are your shipping methods, cost and delivery time
A: For now, our current mode of shipment is through USPS (US Postal Service) and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number after checkout. We pack as efficiently as possible to make sure your products can be safely shipped in the smallest box possible. The following are the current shipping cost we offer
- Orders over $65: We over Free Shipping to any domestic USA destinations for orders over $65 (excluding taxes and discounts). No code is required at checkout.
- Orders below $65: Any order below $65, is charged $5.40 for standard first class shipping which takes 3 days OR $8.40 for priority shipping which takes 2 to 3 days.
- Express Shipping: If you prefer a 1 to 2 day express shipping it starts at $25.40.

We are not responsible for packages that tracking shows as delivered, and was are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order. Q: How do I store my products?
A: We advise that you keep your products, sealed, and covered and kept in a dry, cool area. Please always keep away from direct heat or sunlight. Just in case it is exposed to heat and it melts, don’t worry, just put in the fridge for an hour or room temperature for several hours, to restore to its solid state. Regardless of how the consistency and texture changes to after being exposed to heat, the product will still retain all its moisturizing benefits and you can still use it.
Q: What is the shelf life of the Skin Butters and how long will it stay fresh.
A: The shelf life of Kosi Skin body butters is 6-9 months. To keep your product at its freshest state, please store it in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. All our products are 100% natural (Zero Toxin, Zero Water, Zero Waste) and we do not use any synthetic ingredients or water, thus bacteria cannot grow in our products. To keep it fresh, we also advise to keep it away from water and to use clean and dry fingers or a wooden spatula to scoop into your palms and soften warm before applying to your skin. A little goes a long way.

At Kosi Skincare we carefully select and source for the best ingredients for all our product and craft our own and original formulations to provide the best nutrients that deliver results. We have a passion to create more concentrated and effective products that are safe for the body and the environment. Our skin butters are highly concentrated because we use no less than 90% of the raw butter, unlike other store brands which only use 25% or less formulated with water. We don’t use water. Q: Are you Eco Friendly
Yes, One of our company philosophy is Zero Waste, and thus, this is why we only use recyclable glass for all our body butters and polishes.
Q: Do you ship during hot summer months
A: Due to the nature of our creamy body butters, we do not ship during the hot summer months (May to Aug). We resume shipping in the cooler months from Sept 1st through to April 30th. We will send friendly reminders to all our customers around March and April to stock up if need be.
Q: Are all your products Vegan
A: Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.
Q: I am on a gluten-free diet. What products are appropriate for my use?
A: All of Kosi Skin products are gluten-free.
Q: Are any of your products or their ingredients tested on animals?
A: No, all our products are cruelty free. We do not test our products on animals.
Q: Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?
A: We have 3 specific products in our line which contains natural ingredient that is not recommended for pregnant women. Our Bergamot & Sage Body Butter (clary sage essential oil), Our Muscle Joint Herbal Balm (camphor) and thirdly our Shea Orange Salve (cinnamon).. If you are pregnant, we advise that you always consult with your healthcare professional first before using any of our products.
